Hymn Sing & Potluck

Mennonites love to sing together and we want to continue that tradition. We gather to sing beloved hymns and then join in a potluck together.

Upcoming Gathering

Our next Hymn Sing will be on August 23 at 4pm. We will gather at First Lutheran Church 132 Auburn St, Portland, ME. When you pull into the parking lot head to the back of the lot, we will be gathering in a side room by the entrance that says "Enter Here for Worship."

After an hour or so of singing together we will join in a potluck meal. Please bring a dish to share if you are able & your own dishes & utensils.

Further Details

All are welcome to join us in singing. There are no musical requirements or hymn knowledge!

If you have a favorite hymn let us know, we would love to learn it together. We use Voices Together, the most recent Mennonite Hymnal. People also bring songs that aren't in the hymnal for us to learn together.

Children are very welcome to join in singing, dancing or doing a craft and listening in.
